hiii guys...
m 23 nw(officilay aur kuch ha).....

d day waz mix bag......frm yesterdy i waz more of scared thn xcited abt my buday...becoz of sum reason...
bt sum1 hs encuraged...not 2 scared of budys..becoz thy r best part of d yr....she iz litl cute new frnd of myn....
i cant write d name becoz of sum privecy reasons......


so d night started with...
as expectd many calls frm around d globe...he he he..limited 2 India  only......n i cant sleep d whole night....
as a result of whch d whole day in d office i waz drowzyy.......

i went 2 office with sum sweets.....evry1 njyd d sweets...hey i got a gift  frm my sectn mate....nice1...i als got a wonderful gift frm my best frnd  frm hydrabad....i luv gifts...he he he...i knw evry 1 does d same...


bt d whole day i waz in depression....which waz hidden inside me....i waz nt xcited ...i waz als nt in a mood 2 celebrate .....so it waz my sadest buday...


so finaly d big day ends with d mix bag.....
n d best part of whole day waz my litle bro 1st wish...he waaz d first person 2 wish me...

Tomorrow is my birthday


Hello again,
I'm actually writing here, which should deserve a clap or two. I'm not going to write much, or so I have planned, but I never really know how long these entries turns out to be.

Tomorrow is my birthday. I've never liked that day, to be honest, maybe when I was seven or eight and had my birthday with all of my parents and friends. Maybe I liked it more. But now, I feel like it's a day that shouldn't be mentioned or bothered to celebrate, especially celebrate. I feel alone and I feel like another year of my life is going to start with the same feeling of loneliness.
I want to kill my loneliness…which is gifted by someone who was very close to my heart…

Nevr regret nythng in lyf becoz at 1 tym…it waz exactly wht u wanted….


We alwaz regret d things which we hv done…n alwaz feel  y I hv done this….n feel bad on our decisions..
Bt if u introspect urself deeply  u will knw….it iz d thing u alwaz wanted 2 do….
So wht exactly I want 2 say iz tht  u should b confident on d decision u took…..

Frm my personal xperience I will say tht ….4 last 6-8 months I waz fighting 4 certain things in lyf…
I hv created a fantasy in my heart  abt my future….n whn ever there waz deviation frm wht I thought  I got depressed…..n I waz in a fight with my mind n heart….n I loose evry tym….
So I alwaz thought 2 end  this fight az soon as possible…bt it nevr hapend….
Bt  Nw  whn lyf hv changed 2 job lyf…..n aftr sum introspection …
I hv stop regretting d decisions which I hv taken in last 1-2 months….
These decision r too harsh on me….bt “ this iz wht I exactly wanted”
2 end d fight between heart n mind….
Nw my lyf iz nt in peace....bt I cn say I hv sumthng 2 live…

d msg say d fuel price in d neighbourng country r much lower thn India...

Burma-40 n etc...n same with diesel, kerosene & LPG gas

 i believe several of u also hd get this type of msg....n 2 support d bandh....


aftr geting 4-5 such msg frm frnds ...i got curious abt d fuel prices...is d msg real or fake....
so i did a "GOOGLE SEARCH" d famous information centre of d world....

How to get good sleep?

hii guyz...thiz r sum health tips 4 better sleep....i found it intresting so sharing with u ....






1. When you wake up, if possible, try to have exposure to bright sun light.

2. Have a set time to wake up (keep the same time even on weekends).



 
3. Avoid exercise after 5 PM and have a light dinner.

4. Avoid smoking from 2 hours before your bed time till next morning (Quitting smoking completely is best for your overall health).

5. Avoid caffeinated beverages, after 2 PM.

6. If you want to nap during the day, take a brief nap (20-30 minutes) between 12 & 3 PM only - never before or after that time.

7. For some people, relaxation exercises such as meditation / muscle relaxation prior to bedtime may help.

8. Avoid any stimulating activity (physically or mentally stimulating activity - by this I mean avoid any interesting show, working on computer / reading an interesting book etc.) and have the lights dim from 2 hours before bedtime. 




9. Use your bedroom / bed only for sleep OR intimacy - nothing else - No Television / Radio / Work / Computer.

10. Sleep is intimately related to our mood and underlying medical illness and our other activities / sleep schedule. As you are working at night and with your shifts changing often, your sleep is disturbed to a greater extent.



11. Sleep disturbance can in turn affect your underlying medical disorders - it can lead to hypertension and metabolic disorders such as diabetes. In addition, it can also lead to depression, anxiety, irritability, difficulty concentrating etc.

12. A quality good sleep may vary from person to person as per their physical and mental level. Therefore, sleeping pattern changes throughout the life cycle. It is advised to sleep for 7-8 hours in a day for adults.

13. keep your room dark, quiet, well ventilated, and at a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

14. Take a hot bath to raise your body temperature 2°C for 30 minutes within 2 hours before bedtime. A hot drink might help you relax as well as warm you.

15. Get regular exercise each day, preferably 40 minutes each day of an activity that causes sweating. It is best to finish exercise at least 6 hours before bedtime.



16. Get at least one half hour of sunlight within 30 minutes of your out-of-bed time.

17. Alcohol can fragment sleep over the second half of the sleep period.

18. Restrict sleep period to the average number of hours you have actually slept each night in the preceding week. Quality of sleep is important. Too much time in bed can decrease quality of sleep on the following night.

19. Avoid unfamiliar sleep environments.

20. Set your alarm and get up at the same time every morning irrespective of how much sleep you got during the night. This will help your body to acquire a consistent sleep rhythm.
